Quality is the hallmark of all WTI products and processes. We stake our name and reputation on it.
Our customers depend on us to ensure that every product and process is rigorously monitored for quality and safety. But at WTI, we demand still more. We require our quality assurance standards from our suppliers’ products and processes.
Every product allowed into WTI is sampled and tested for pH, moisture content, granularity and other conditions. As a further precaution, WTI requires its suppliers to undergo an annual third-party audit to ensure their processes and products meet all required safety and quality standards.
WTI also utilizes HACCP plans for both dry and liquid lines, as well as for products that are dried during the manufacturing process. This addresses and eliminates potential chemical and biological hazards. HACCP plans also identify and target issues ranging from regulating temperature and humidity to pest control.
