Our state-of-the-art facility has come a long way from the garage that WTI founder, Wolfgang Ludwig used when he started his business. While his first facility may have been small and informal, his vision was expansive and cutting edge.
Our present day headquarters in Jefferson, Georgia has realized Ludwig’s highest aspiration for WTI; we strive to go beyond, not merely work with our customers. We are with them to produce a superior end-product.
WTI’s R&D and food-safety plant allow us to partner with customers to develop blends of dry and wet product that extend shelf life, reduce sodium, enhance color and improve yields. Close facilitation enables us to meet the changing demands of niche markets such as natural or clean-label products. Our fully equipped pilot plant allows us to refine solutions for both fresh and further-processed products to ensure all finished products meet customer specifications.
The WTI approach to customer service provides other benefits such as promoting faster and more efficient order fulfillment. Custom blending is also available and can be developed quickly.
In addition, our processing, handling, packaging and tracking technologies enable WTI to fulfill orders for standard products in just a few days.
To streamline the process and increase output, our facility is equipped with dedicated production lines for both dry and liquid blends. Each conforms to unique standards for quality and safety. Moreover, all finished products are sampled and tested before they ship.
WTI has come a long way from its humble beginnings. Inspired by a proud past, our food industry professionals continue our commitment to superior customer service and to providing the best products for consumers.
