Dr. Joe Yates, Food Science and Product Innovation Specialist

Joe Yates, Ph.D. has 20+ years of meat and food processing experience. His academic studies included Animal Nutrition, Food Science and Human Nutrition with an emphasis on meat science. He has extensive knowledge in meat processing (including slaughter), in addition to manufacturing salads, sauces and gravies. He has also traveled the country as a private consultant on HACCP (writing and auditing plans), and USDA regulatory issues, in addition to yield enhancement and process improvement. He currently resides in Riverview, Florida

Klaus Kreuzner

Klaus Kreuzner, Application Specialist

Klaus has been involved in the meat industry for 12 years beginning with his apprenticeship in a supermarket butchery. He went on to achieve the high honor of Master Butcher. His experience includes slaughtering, meat processing, sausage making and two years in technical sales. Klaus attended a private school in Frankfurt, Germany to get his Master, which is equivalent to a Bachelor's in Food Science in the United States. He currently resides in Bend, Oregon.

Chris has over eight years experience working in the meat & poultry industry. His experience includes multiple management positions with responsibilities in production, packaging, product innovation, and sales & marketing. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Peidmont College and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Jace joined WTI in 2009 as the New Product Development Manager. Since 2010, Jace was transitioned to work within the Sales Team. Jace received his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and currently resides in Jefferson, GA.
