Robert Brooks, Technical Specialist

Robert Brooks earned a Master’s degree in animal science from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.  He has over 15 years experience in quality control and R&D in the meat and poultry industry.  He was employed by Hudson Foods, Butterball Turkey Company, and Willow Brook Foods prior to coming to WTI.  In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and tending to the registered cattle on his farm.
