Founded in 1978 by Wolfgang Ludwig, WTI has grown from a small specialty ingredients company into one of the world’s leading suppliers of food safety and marination products and technologies.
The company has grown rapidly by remaining true to Wolf’s work ethic and vision, a strong desire to succeed and an old world background as a highly skilled food artisan.
