WTI Facility and Processes
Strategically located in Jefferson, Georgia, WTI and WTI's subsidiary ACB (American Custom Blenders) 70,000 square foot facility
was custom-designed to meet the needs of our customers. It features state-of-the-art manufacturing, warehousing and distribution capabilities, as well as one of the most advanced application development and food safety research plants anywhere in the United States. In this facility, we follow very stringent processes and protocols to ensure the most effective processing, handling, packaging and tracking of client’s products and shipments. As of March 2010, the WTI Facility has received its 5th consecutive "Superior" rating from AIB International!
WTI R&D Meat Laboratory
WTI's research and development is performed on-site and features a fully equipped meat lab that enables our products to be tested in any application for taste, color and flavor using varying technologies, applications and processes that are found industry-wide.
