Affiliations and Links

WTI works closely with the food science and food safety programs of some of the leading universities across the United States and world.

As part of these relationships, WTI and these universities work on common research projects, test and validate each other’s work and share resources. 

WTI’s staff includes a large number of nationally and internationally recognized food safety experts, who are often asked to teach courses and serve as guest lecturers in these programs.
